Welcome to Deep Perfumes. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Products
We sell perfumes in 50 ml bottles. Product images and descriptions are provided to help customers understand the products before ordering.

2. Orders
Please provide correct name, phone number, and delivery address when placing an order. We may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

3. Prices & Payments
All product prices are displayed on our website. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and available online payment methods.
Delivery charges may need to be paid in advance, depending on the order and delivery location.

4. Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery usually takes around 4–5 working days, depending on the courier service, location, and other circumstances.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

5. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before the order is packed or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns without a valid product-related reason.
If you receive a broken, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours and provide clear proof, such as an unboxing video or photographs. We will review the issue and guide you through the refund or replacement process.

7. Damaged Products
Please inspect your package when received. If the product is damaged during delivery, contact us as soon as possible with the required proof so we can process your claim.

8. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available to receive their orders.

We try our best to keep product information, prices, and availability accurate. However, information may occasionally change or contain minor errors.
