Deep Perfumes delivers perfumes across Pakistan. We work with courier partners to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.

We currently offer delivery across Pakistan, subject to courier availability in the customer's area.

2. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.

3. Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes approximately 4–5 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the customer's location, courier service, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges depend on the customer's location and courier service.
The applicable delivery charges are paid by the customer and may be required in advance before dispatch.

5. Order Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information where available so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

6. Delivery Issues
If delivery is unavailable in your area or the courier cannot deliver your order, Deep Perfumes will inform you and guide you regarding the available next steps.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and contact number.
If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a failed delivery or additional courier charges, the customer may be responsible for the additional charges.

8. Delivery Delays
Although we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
